How to order
From your photo to the wall, step by step
You order on Etsy, we do the rest. You do not need a word list or any design skills: one photo and a few sentences are enough, and you see your piece before anything is printed.
-
1
Choose the size and format on Etsy
A framed poster (12×16 in or 18×24 in), a canvas (24×32 in or 30×40 in), or a digital file to print yourself. Color or black and white costs the same, and you can still switch after seeing your preview. Shipping is free.

2
Upload your photo at checkout
Closer is better: a portrait or half-body shot beats a wide landscape. A sharp phone photo is fine; send the largest file you have, straight from the camera roll rather than from a messaging app. Screenshots and heavily filtered photos do not work well. Unsure about a photo? Message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly.

3
Tell us about the two of you
A few sentences in the personalization questions at checkout: your names, the date, where you met, the place you got married, the song, the joke only the two of you understand. We turn that into the words of the piece. The things that matter most become the largest words, the ones everyone reads first; tens of thousands of smaller words fill in the picture. If you would rather choose every word yourself, you can.
-
4
Approve your preview
Within 5–7 days you receive a preview of your piece, including a close-up so you can read the words. Want a word bigger, a name spelled differently, black and white instead of color? Tell us. Changes are included, and nothing is printed until you say it is right.

It arrives ready to hang
Printed, framed or stretched on canvas and shipped 1–2 weeks after you approve. Allow 2–3 weeks from ordering to having it on the wall. If your date is sooner, message us before ordering: we can always send the finished digital preview to give on the day while the print follows.
Your photo stays yours
We never reuse your photo or your words for anything else, and never publish your piece without asking first. Everything is deleted within 14 days after an order ends.
